Birth Doula Services

This package is geared towards the seasoned mom. The package includes only 1 prenatal meeting. If you have experienced birth previously, this is a good option because we will mainly focus on your previous experience, your birth preferences, getting to know each other, and practicing comfort techniques.

• Free in-person or virtual consultation (up to 30 minutes)
• Phone and email support once employed
• 1 Prenatal Meeting
• On call 24 hours/day starting at 38 weeks and lasting until birth
• Labor & Delivery support at home and at place of birth
• Postnatal Support (up to 2 hours)
• 1 Postnatal Visit within 1 week of birth

This package includes all of Package #1 but adds in an additional prenatal meeting. I suggest this package to all new moms because it provides the extra time to go into the different aspects of birth and to properly prepare for labor and birth.

• On call 24 hours/day starting at 38 weeks and lasting until birth
• Labor & Delivery support at home and at place of birth
• Postpartum Support immediately after birth (up to 2 hours)
• 1 Postpartum Visit within 2 weeks of birth

If you are looking for the knowledge and help of a doula but would prefer to not add another person to your birth space, this is the package for you! This package includes everything from Birth Doula Package #2, except for the in-person labor support.

• 2 Prenatal Meetings - each approximately 1.5 - 2 hours long
• On call 24 hours/day starting at 38 weeks and lasting until birth*
• 1 Postpartum Visit within 2 weeks of birth

*On-call time is included in this package so that you can call or text with any questions or concerns leading up to labor (i.e. "Do you think I'm in labor?!")

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a non-pharmacological method of pain control. I am trained in the proper use of a TENS machine during labor and I own a machine that is specifically designed for a laboring mother. TENS option includes the use of the machine during labor and new electrodes.

Whether you are planning on using cloth diapers full or part time, or if you are interested and need more information, I'd love to help! I cloth diapered all 3 of my children, so I have a lot of experience with them. I used different types of diapers throughout the years, with a sprinkling of disposables. I'd love to help you navigate through the options and help you figure out the best system for your family.
